    Enphase Envoy not finding microinverters

I have an Enphase Envoy that was working fine on my system before I moved. (I took it all with me.)
Now I have it set up at the new house. It is not communicating with the microinverters. I deleted them all and did a new scan. Nothing found.
The Envoy is 10 feet from the inverters so distance is not an issue. I've scanned 10 times and still nothing. Everything has been reset and tried again multiple times.
The inverters are blinking orange meaning they are producing but not communicating.

What can I do next? How do you FACTORY reset the envoy?

Well, how about that? Just after I asked the question, they started working. Nevermind.
