Help setting up the Enphase Envoy: Stuck at the "AP Mode" Disabling step?

I'm trying to set up the enphase envoy, with the enlighten app. I've followed the instructions and when I get to the step that I need to disable the access point mode on Safari, I keep getting an error code that states this step cannot be completed. Has anyone experienced this? Please help if possible.

FWIW, I have Enphase on Safari (V11.1.2) and it works fine. I set it up 5 years ago and don't recall any details. Safari brings up the MyEnlighten view as well. The Envoy device is in the garage connected to the internet. You might try Enphase support. Good luck!
