Is this an Enphase/Northeast Solar or Eversource issue?

Our solar panels were turned on in December. According to Enphase monitoring, we have never had a month--or even a day as I know our billing month is not exactly CY--where we produced more solar than consumed electricity. I am baffled why we have been receiving credits for the past four months on our electric bill from Eversource. Even though Eversource reports "actual read" are we going to be hit suddenly with a large electric bill? The net numbers are similar enough to make me think Enphase is misreporting production and consumption, i.e., their net numbers are closer to Eversource's usage if Enphase production and consumption numbers were switched. Would you advise I contact Northeast or Enphase to get this sorted out first? It's hard to gauge how using central air affects our production and consumption when I can't tell which source is reliable!

I would tend to trust Eversource's meter over the Enphase numbers. Heck even if they were the one's are are wrong, I wouldn't want them to change that meter :P
If Northeast Solar is your installer, I would call them. It's their job to make sure your system is functioning properly, and part of that is the reporting. Let them deal with Enphase and figure out what the problem is. It could simply be that they wired the meters in backwards.
