    Ok. I don't have a problem with that at all. I will first submit my plan to them using the existing lockable outdoor subpanel so they could access it to disconnect the inverter via that 35a CB if required, and then lock the subpanel. That would be the simplest way for me since the panel is already there and is lockable and outdoors. And it is where I plan to tie my inverter's 35a CB into.
