Yes, Enphase does not disclose night time consumption for the Q series. It would be interesting to find this number.

I'm not home at the moment. When I did my initial testing with the eyedro meter (shut everything down except modem) the draw was at 700 watts roughly. I did not test with my amp probe at that time. I will tonight test with amp probe, shut everything else down, and see if I get that double the amount of draw

No, I'm talking about the POCO meter.....the billing meter. A 500 to 700 W load should be obvious on the face of the meter.

You probably have a bi-directional meter....just google the make and model listed on the front of the meter....from there you can get instructions on how to read the meter.....or just call your POCO.

I have attached a screenshot of the monitor i left on each leg of the PV tap in my electrical panel. as you can see i moved the monitor from the 2 main legs of power to the PV taps at 630pm last night. It shows a remarkable steady draw of current from the PV taps from 630pm untill now 530am. In the lower right section of the image you can see that straight line of current draw all night from the PV system. Port A 317 watts... Port B 367 watts... Port A is one tap Port B is the other...

and you received permission to operate from the utility?
your meter should be showing both used and delivered kwh

since i can only see delivered kwh this is what im going to do... i placed the eyedro clamps back on the main legs... i recorded the current delivered kwh at 915am at 675kwh on my meter... my eyedro shows at 915am 6.33 kwh used thus far today... after some hours i should be able to compare the kwh consumption according to eyedro and according to my meter... the differences if equal prove i am being charged for this mysterious wattage from the PV system. if my eyedro amount is higher than the delivered amount according to the meter then the mysterious PV system wattage is not being charged... i feel that would be a definitive test, what do you think?

You should get a letter, also your meter should flash two different values one for delivered and one for consumed.
yours is showing one value and flashing an error for the other. I suspect you do not have permission to operate or that the meter is configured incorrectly.

I just spoke with national grid. My meter runs forward or backwards. So if the pv system is producing more than i consume the kwh number displayed will count backwards

Almost all meters that I am familiar with will give an indication of how fast or slow consumption is occurring. Spinning dial, moving bars, speed of flashing numbers, etc.......
Find the make and model from the front of the meter.

i will research my meter model... I have some numbers here... i left this morning at 915am my meter socket read 675 kwh delivered... my eyedro at that time read 6.33 kwh used... returning home at 345pm... 6.5 hours later... my meter socket reads 672 kwh delivered... my eyedro says 13.66 kwh used... my enlighten says I produced 6.36 kwh... so if I started with 675 kwh, my eyedro went from 6.33 kwh used to 13.66 kwh used... 7.33 kwh difference... my meter socket should read 682 kwh delivered (not considering panel production), it says 672 kwh... now i produced 6.36 kwh, that should come off the top of the 682 kwh reading, bringing it down to 676 kwh... im reading 672 kwh on meter socket... so there is a favorable discrepancy of 4 kwh on my end...
