Solaredge suddenly not reporting to Internet

Was working just fine yesterday, but today I haven't gotten anything reported up to the SE site nor up to PVoutput. Checked net connection (hardwired Ethernet) on the inverter and it is fine (all 1's on the test). I can ping it from elsewhere on the network. Can get to net from computer on the same Wifi.

Anyone else seeing SE not reporting? I checked some other SE systems around me on PVoutput and they seem to be reporting. Maybe power cycle the inverter tonight?

Mine is fine today. I'd give it until tomorrow to worry much about it. PVoutput will backfill about 24 hours worth of data, the SolarEdge server will backfill a couple weeks worth.

Mins has been down since 4am this morning. Inverter shows its connected as does my router. No updates to pvoutput and the solaredge monitoring ap.

Mine has been on and off the past several days as I was intermittently unable to view either thru the app or online. It would work again after several hours and all the data would be there.

I found uploads to the SE portal lagging by several hours yesterday but it caught up in the evening / overnight last night. All seemed well this morning until 4:45am then no data all day. I can access the admin webpage of my wifi bridge so I think it's ok. Not sure I can check coms on the inverter now as its probably sleeping by now. Seems like SE's portal is having issues.

What timezone are you in? SE portal shows data up until 1:30am PDT for me at which point it stops

same. I show no solar generation today but the POCO meter showed output to the grid.

This is what I am getting this morning on the monitoring.solaredge website. They are clearly having monitoring/internet issues. It appears to have gone down at 4:30 am on 11/04.

Hi jasonvr, I'm in the Eastern US (NJ). Checked my inverter this morning. Making power, all 11111111's on COMS. But still no logging data in the PE portal since yesterday at 430-445am. Web portal and iOS app are UP for me, but no new historical data. Interestingly real time consumption monitoring seems to be displaying but no historical.

My data for yesterday has magically shown up. Nothing for today though. I checked about an hour ago and I had seen a trickle of yesterdays data (to about 10am it seemed), but now it is all there and has been pushed to PVOutput

Looks like it is catching up. I've got data up until about 15 minutes ago in my SE portal and on PVOutput

I also had this issue. I contacted their tech support (via chat) and via Facebook comment and they confirmed that they had issues with their back-end. Seems it was fixed today.

Do you live in Monroe Twp. by any chance since my town also has aggregate energy purchase agreement starting in Dec. ?
