Error code 183 on solar edge inverter help please

Hi All,

Yesterday morning my system stopped working
Found the above code 183 with in brackets 2XB27
Connection unit communication error
I tried to pair the optimizers with no result
Also tried to call support they put me in a q of 74 minutes what would be very expensive for me since I'm not in the US
Some one has an idea what is going on?
it looks to me that there is a piece of hardware broke down in the inverter
Anyhow send them a email with a support request hope they will respond to that

That looks like a StorEdge specific error, probably fixable. Here is what I'm seeing in the only SolarEdge manual I can find that contains that code:

This is funny because i have no store edge inverter
I have the 10KW single phase inverter

The system is producing again thanks to the support of SE
They advised me to change some settings on the inverter
What is very strange to me because I never did anything with the settings since the installation
I will blame it on the I-net highway then

Glad it's working again. I've seen that SolarEdge error code descriptions can be a little cryptic, but their support staff seems do be helpful. I sent them a question today and got an answer back within an hour.

Yes me to but, I'm not out of the cold yet
For some reason the portal is not working for me
It has something to do with the communication what is to complex for myself and have to find some local help
At the end we will get it done I hope
