OK- question? What size voltage regulator or solar controller? brand or configuration will work with this? and any other items that they failed to tell me I may need? Or is this purchase not enough watt to charge the laptop battery?
It is a moot point because your panel is not even capable of charging a AA battery. You are going ro need something on the order of a 100 to 200 watt panel, 15 amps Charger Controller, a 75 AH Lead Acid Battery, and a 12 volt power brick for your laptop.
