Did you check the voltage on each string with the inverter disconnect off. If all is well, you will have one volt per optimizer on each string. You'll need to isolate each string and measure separately and pay attention to polarity of each string as well.

Yes the upper modules are covered by about 1/2" of snow now. So do you think by looking at the pictures does everything look like it could be right and until I cut down a few of the pine trees causing some shading and the sun gets a little higher I won't be producing much?

with 1/2" of snow on the modules they will not get enough light to turn on. You will need to wait for them to be clear. The tree shading is fine (you will get more production without it but the modules will work with it). So when you have the modules uncovered form snow and a clear day around noon, you can have the inverter find the other 10 optimizers.

This would be a question for the installer.
With the snow cover it is not going to work, and without the string information it will be difficult to check.

I would quantify this a bit,; ... with snow cover on a WESTERLY facing roof, it is not going to work.....
That DC voltage is too low for the inverter to turn on.
My post from this morning was from my panels facing 158 degrees true with 1" snow, sun just beginning to break through the clouds.

I agree with others, get a full sunny day and re-initiate the communication per the instruction manual.

The inverter should show 30 of 30 no matter what. Your installer needs to get on the stick.

I agree this is the installers issue but they are not going to get it to work with snow cover any better, and are likely waiting for better weather. They should be communicating this information though, and keeping the homeowner informed about the schedule and what is going on with the system.
