Have you tried looking in Cuba. I believe a lot of the older US cars went down there.

Too inefficient. I want something modern. My 2001 Civic was probably my last hand-crank car.

Good luck with that. My guess is most people that can afford a 200 mi EV also want to have total voice control over all car functions and be able to play their tunes.

That brings back memories of my Dad's '44 Ford Jeep! I loved messing around with that thing. The driver's seat was a thin pad on top of the gas tank!

I would say that the pollen on your panels is a little more concealing then normal dirt that collects on solar pv. It almost looks like someone spray painted them so I can believe a major increase of production just by cleaning them.

Mine may actually be dirtier than others around my town, but it's not visibly different from at least 20 other houses with panels that I see on my daily commute and around my neighborhood. From the road, they all appeared like mine until told our first rain hit.

I have no idea if the birds sit in my panels, I've never seen them. From the looks of my only poop splatter it was a fly-by.

Chances are the birds would not sit on the panels unless they were on a very steep incline like a peaked roof. Most birds release in a fly-by or just after take off.

Oh by the way, never park your car near a power line with a lot of birds sitting on it.
