Has anyone bought a house with a leased or PPA solar system?

Hi solar users! I am part of a team of three Stanford MBA students seeing if there are opportunities to make the process of buying and selling a house with Third-Party Owned (leased or power purchase agreement) solar systems smoother. As the industry matures, more and more solar houses are going on the market and we've found that people's experiences vary widely. For us to come up with possible business models and solutions to improve the process, we are very keen to talk to folks who have gone through the process. So if you are a past or present solar home buyer or seller, we would love to hear from you. Please PM me or shoot me an email at kkuran AT stanford DOT edu if you're willing to have a 10 minute chat. Many thanks!
