So I was tracking my billing on their website and it matched perfectly until June 1st or 2nd. I noticed that my bill was suddenly higher than it should have estimated. When I received my bill I found what I believe their mistake is. I only received part of my Winter baseline credit. I will call them tomorrow when I feel like being on hold and discussing billing and accounting for one or two hours and report back.
So, did anybody else have a similar problem?
Update: Called this morning and talked to someone immediately. I explained that I did not get all of my baseline credit. Held for a couple minutes and was told that I did get all of my baseline credit and that there is a different credit for summer and was about to get a further summer explanation. So, I interrupted and further explained that I did not get my full winter baseline credit. I was on hold for about 5 minutes. They apologized for the long hold explaining that it took awhile to do the math. They saw the same error and will call back after they look into it.
