I am also facing the same issue.

The starting amps for AC units are very high and can trip circuit breakers or easily drain batteries. As for the issue of tripping after 5 min it is possible that all of the loads may not be on in the beginning and when another comes on the breaker trips.

Inverter output: 2500/120=20.83 amps? What suggestions



Keep in mind that this is over 200 amps @ 12vdc from your batteries. Are your cables up to handling that? Are your batteries healthy?
