Lowest cost per watt, PSI rankings be damned?

Canadian Solar is nowhere near the bottom... They make a very good panel, and are a very large company. I wouldn't hesitate to go with them.

Thanks kommong2. I will look into them. I almost pulled the trigger a few months back with a different installer but I got delayed for unrelated reasons. Now I'm wondering if prices have come down even more compared to earlier this year and whether it's worth getting a whole new round of price quotes.

If you are talking about just a few months then I don't think prices have come down much. All it comes down to your negotiation with installer depending upon what system you can get in what price. But it never hurts to get new price quotes. Installation took just 3-4 days but it took 4 months from contract to an active system with state and township approval.
