I have read the NEM, and at the end of the year will have to choose between rolling the credit or taking a check for what the credit is. I will not know until then if I will get just the energy credit, or both the energy and the delivery credit. Either way I am good. But will remain hopeful for the full amount. My current payment on my solar system is less than my average electric bill, and I am pretty sure I will overproduce on average over the year. So it is a win no matter what. I wanted a system larger than what I need so that in 30 years I will still be 100%. Or close. Simple math, as long as my solar system is less than my electric bill, it ends up free. I would pay that money anyway.

I select to roll in the climate credit to my bill which might be a bad choice after the $10 min charge, but somehow I am still getting the check from SCE.
I am not 100% certain, but SCE used to put the credit in the monthly charges section. Now they put it in the tracked charges. Those are the ones that reset to zero on your 12 month cycle. Once again we will have to wait till someone posts their experience to find out if SCE later credits it back to the customer or if it gets lost. If you look at the bill malibu3105 posted it shows the CA Cllmate credit in the tracked charges just like my bill. Hopefully someone with SCE, on a TOU, and is a net kWh user will end their 12 month relevant period soon and post how it turns out.
In 2015, I think the credit is $29 X 2 = $58. In 2016, I believe they have increase to $38 X 2 = $76.

Thank you silversaver. I didn't realize that they include it in the tracked charges and then switch it to the new charges during the anual true up. That is good news. Thank you again for posting up your bill!Comment

How is the monthly minimum charge excluding the daily basic charge? My bill this month exceeded $10 even though I was a net producer (-74kwh) because my basic charge was $0.99 plus bal of min charge was $9.54 for total monthly $10.53... This defies my definition of minimum charge application...Comment

Yes, the $0.99 is the daily basic charge...but my question is why doesn't that count towards the monthly minimum. Defies my logic. The $0.99 should be applied first. Then the "balance of minimum" should be the difference....what logic beyond greed justifies thisComment

That depends on total days of billing cycle. I think SCE charges $0.329 per day on minimum charge + State Tax
