SCE users. How for your first bill after NEM switch?

So the panels got installed on 10/23 of last year. I got switched to NEM on 11/9. However, when I log to SCE's website, it still tells me there is a billing delay and no information shows for my usage. Thats 2.5 months. I called SCE a week ago and they told me the information would show up after the next billing cycle, which would have been yesterday, but still nothing.
How long did it take for you guys to see the changes on SCE's website?

At least they are not billing me anything either

    From a previous post:

The thing I learned and would like to share: There is very little information about the actual process after the NEM Interconnection request is sent till the billing gets straightened out. There is significant information on how long it takes which is almost useless to me. So here is what I spent hours looking for on the internet. Hopefully someone will find this beneficial.

My installer sent the Interconnection request to SoCal Edison the same day the City inspector signed off the installation. I knew this since I received an email from SCE confirming receipt of my request. After 10 days I received two emails from SCE. The first said my application was deemed Complete. The second was the PTO. (I was wondering about the method of communication for the PTO and checked the mailbox religiously since I couldn’t find out how it came) I also noticed that it only took SCE 24 hours to reprogram my meter after the request was sent to SCE. I noticed this because my smart meter added a new screen that it scrolled through that I assumed was for counting energy supplied to the grid from the inverter (about the only useful information I found on SCE NEM request). About one week after the PTO I noticed on my SCE online account that I now had a balance due for my usage from my last billing cycle date till the day before receiving my PTO with about 3 weeks till it was due. However, the entire time till then I never showed a negative usage on any hour but instead a lot of zeros from 8 am to 5 pm. This worried me a little, but I just figured that it would get straightened out eventually. Finally after 9 days, all of my usage suddenly made sense and I was showing negative usage at the proper times but still showed that my electric cost was what it was before solar. This didn’t make sense to me so I thought I would give it a few days. It only took and day and my estimated bill went from $60 to -12. It would probably be much better if it wasn’t for the fact that SCE included the day the PTO was sent in my NEM and therefore a day that I had zero production since it didn’t get turned on till after sunset.

Exact same issue here. The SCE billing system has been down for me for more than 2 months (no bills, no usage data, nothing). I got my PTO on 10/20/15. When I asked SCE they said their IT department is aware of the issue and do not have any ETA. Seriously? It's been more than 2 months!

It's not a system-wide issue as it seems to affect NEM customers only. My other house w/o solar is still getting the regular bills with usage data.

Just got off the phone with SCE. Josh, the rep, told me he has no idea when the issue will be fixed.

Is it possible SCE is trying to stall waiting for the outcome of NEM 2.0?

Probably not, provided the application has been filed before NEM 2.0 becomes law.

3 months and counting. No bill no usage data. Do other SCE customers not have this problem?

Seems like they're dancing with your leg. I'd call the CPUC and blow them in.

Thank you for the suggestion, JPM. I've just filed an online complaint on the CPUC's website. I wonder if it will do any good...

Yikes! I received PTO on Feb 19. Earlier this week my SCE account was showing net usage, but as of yesterday I just get "Due to a delay in your account billing, your usage details will not be available. Please try again later." I'll call them next week if it's not resolved by then.

Let's hope so. From what you've written about it, I'd have a hard time understanding how they could be less responsive than the POCO. Something's not right.
