My issue was similar to others, when coming out of nighttime mode to wake it wasn't detecting a zigbee server card.., you had to hope it picked it up again the next night as SensiJ has stated it recovers only on cycle. I doubt it was antenna issues at all, though some did have frequency or range issues, but they had different symptoms than those of us with the zigbee "not found" error. When it worked for me it worked great, no connectivity issues.

Installer came out yesterday to hardwire it. Still didn't work but they hadn't ever done a hardwire before. I had to go into the menu settings, like Dannie mentioned above, to change the communication to Server=LAN (it's also specifically in the SE communication install directions). It even picked up dhcp by the router and was trafficking thru the gateway OK, inverter status showed the IP and all OK messages, the Antenna and zigbee card was already removed, but until you tell it LAN it will do nothing.

did you hard wire the connection to the gateway? im having an issue w/ my zigbee home gateway not assinging proper IP and not connecting to the the inverter.

I used a Wifi connection. Alternatives to Zigbee are also discussed in this thread:
