    AC Collection Panel??

    Hi!!!

    Can anyone explain as to what and why we need an AC Collection Panel... I surfed the web and i found that it is used to get a balanced 3 phase output...but Cant Inverters do that??....Please advise...and also pls suggest possible vendors for these Panels

    All solar PV panels are DC. You wire their DC output to a Grid interTie inverter. Most personal / home units are single phase.
    Only larger (>10KW) inverters are commercial 3 phase. Xantrex, SMA, make larger 3 phases inverters
