ProSolar is one of the original racking manufactures in solar. They've been around for years. They make a high quality product, and are pretty reliable.

I'm not an installer, but to be safe (it's the roof we are talking about), I'd pick the most expensive and trusted option available (eg. QuickMount post systems). I remember reading in this form many times that several installers recommended against TileTrac. They're made cheaply and requires less time to install but doesn't last long and sometimes caused leaks. Just do a search, you will find them.

You'll find lots of discussion that goes around in circles on this, but very little evidence that one mounting system is superior to another, when the installation instructions are followed. There are reasons to prefer PVQuickmount's double flashed design, but I would defer to whatever your installer is most comfortable / experienced with. Any mounting system can be messed up by someone who isn't familiar with it.

I've used both systems extensively. Just did a search for "tiletrac" complaints and did not find any in the top 3 pages. My opinion is that the Quickmount system is very much overkill. Its like the shaving razor thing - if one blade is good then two must be better and three must be better than that, right? A Tiletrac properly installed is very reliable and a whole lot less work and less impact on your tile roof. Quickmount claims the roofing industry mandates flashing for all penetrations thus you need to use their products - well, we researched into this and found that the NRCA's definition of "penetration" includes things like plumbing vents, skylights, conduits, etc - and does not include fasteners like solar mount screws and of course all the nails and staples that the roofing itself uses as fasteners. A compression seal such as a tiletrac mount will last much longer than the roof itself and is the "best practice" in my book.
