Just the latest thing to make me second-guess my decision to use Enphase. I can use the web browser on the iphone to have "almost" the same thing as the app, but I have to log in every time. It's a big PITA and I would like to know if there is a way around that. With the app, one tap to open and all of the data I wanted was there.Comment

Maybe they will fix it. From their Facebook page:
"The MyEnlighten iPhone mobile application is having a technical issue and we are working to fix it.
In the meantime, you may access your MyEnlighten account by visiting enlighten.enphaseenergy.com on your mobile or desktop computer browser.

"Fix! Try Chrome browser...
tz666, I had the same problem with my "Enlighten".....having to log in every time. I figured it was because of the latest Apple OS update.....BUT, what I did was to download the Chrome browser and then my Enlighten App.....Problem solved! Hit my Chrome browser app and my Enlighten app opens right up to my account....after I logged in the first time. Note! If you power OFF your device, you will have to log back in!

Usually I use my iPad to check.
Just open the sign in page and tag "sign in".
The log in info were remembered.
There is no need to enter info again after power off.

Sorry for the inconvenience! We are aware of the issue and have discovered the root cause, and have a fix in place. However, it requires an update to the app, and we have submitted an update for approval with Apple. It usually takes around 5 business days for them to review, approve and release app updates.
