There are two distinct data sources / measurement points in the inverter. On all of the systems shared by forum members with public pages, the difference between them is 3%. The lower source is used for power display, the higher one for energy. The 15 min data shown on the portal is actually an average of 5 min data, which is itself derived from the higher frequency power measurements on the inverter display. The energy is clearly wrong, but even the power is showing some calibration drift throughout the day, if my interpretation is correct. The revenue meter (EKM Metering) should tell me for sure.
If your installer enabled reports (I know you are the installer in this case), you can get at the 5 min data. If you go to the chart view, and zoom in on one day's worth of data, you can save it to a csv. The 5 min data is also available by API, and with some encouragement (from yours truly), the PVOutput.org developers are modifying their uploader to access it. That change will be released soon, reportedly.
I'm using Locus Energy LGate 101. It is a reverneu-grade energy meter (0.5%). It always show about 0.25 to 0.4 kWh less daily output than what shows on my SMA TL-6000 inverter. The new LGate 120 is much better with 0.2%.Comment

By how much higher? My Locus LGate 101 actual shows little less than my SMA TL-6000 inverter.Comment

With the cooler temps yesterday in Phoenix I also saw my best production day since going online last fall. 46 kWh
By the end of April, when SRP zero's out all solar accounts, I should get about an $80 credit to help me get through the summer peak if I have to sip a little from the grid. Right now I'm banking about 25kWh a day but it won't stay that way when the air conditioning begins.
I'm loving the $17 monthly electric bills.Dave W. Gilbert AZ

Definitely the two months surrounding the equinox, basically from mid Feb to mid April, are an uplifting time for solar owners, as the sun's path is elevating fastest, and thus production goes up rapidly day to day. Plus temps are still relatively cool. Also for me the sun's arc finally rises above some tall neighbor trees that hide the sun in Dec/Jan afternoons...Comment

I dont know...
I'm guessing the panels get hot with the sun overhead, and production falls off a little.
