Panel voltage matters?

Which is better a 100 watt 100 volt panel at 10% efficiency, or a 330 watt 40 volt panel at 17% efficiency?

0.5 volts per cell - 60 cell panel = 30 volts

no high or low about it.

Well, never thought about this before..
It is now another story whether 96 smaller cells = 60 bigger cells (while wattage is const), but it's too much to divagate.

Finally I went with 12xSunpower 327W for just a bit more.
However, I was offered Ginlong Solis inverter and wondering now, whether it is not a bad idea to add extra $550 and get SMA.
It looks fine on the datasheet, but...

Any experience with this company?
