First over 40 kWh day

I had my system turned on in Oct of 2013. I finally hit 40.01 kWh's today out of my 6.72 Sunpower system :. The best day before today had been 36 kWh's. Should be interesting to see how much it puts out in the summer.

FWIW, From your prior posts, your output & mine seem similar. SWAG says my best chance for 1st 40 kWhr. day is a real clear day mid/late April, but output that high may be a bit of a stretch.

NM... nice sunny place. My SW 245 deg with 23 deg pitch will never hit 40kWh at this time of season, perhaps in late April or May. When I switch to TOU-EV from SCE, maybe the actual credit will make up the difference from true South.

You might crack 50 on a clear cool day depending on orientation, inverter, etc.

I am hoping for a 50 day in the summer. I have a Sunpower 7000m inverter. All panels are south not sure of exact numbers though.

Close enough. My guess is you'll get there more than once or twice. I lived in 87114 for several years. Super solar climate.

That beats my best output vs capacity so far this year. My claim is output in bad conditions.

No snow for ya today that is a good thing. I am originally from about 48 miles south of Chicago, IL. My folks live in IN. 27 kWh's on an overcast day is great. My worst day was about 2 kWh's with overcast weather and snow.

West of Chicago; we'll get snow overnight. I'll be cleaning panels at 6:30, not about to lose sun. Bruce
