I'm new to Solar and looking for a new install in san jose (95148 area code). I'm going to be getting a couple quotes soon.. I downloaded the CSI data but I'm not sure how to read it.. the price per watt is that in column L : "CSI Rating"?

my PG&E electricity bill is around 200-300/mon.

The answer to your question is no. To get that you must first add a column and to those cells in the added column divide the total cost by the system size in Watts. Total $$'s divided by total Watts = $$'s/Watt.

From your question I'd respectfully suggest you may be doing yourself a favor by first understanding the rudiments of solar electricity before you spend a lot of money on it.
