sunpower e20 327 watt 32 panel system, how much output should i be getting?

i just got a 32 panel sunpower system with the e20-327 watt panels run in 4 strings of 8 to
2- power one pvi-5000 inverters. each inverter splits the system into 2 so its like having 4- solar systems.
whats odd is 3 strings are putting out say 2500 watts and 1 string is reading 50 to 100 watts less?
also the first 2 weeks i was hitting 5150 watts per inverter between 1pm and 2pm now ill be lucky to hit 2400 watts per?
i am getting around 33 kwh a day per inverter. i wanted the x-21 panels but was told he can only run 6 panels per string?
cost was 50k then i get 13k in state rebates and 15k in tax credit = 23k they say it adds 5500.00 per kw to my homes value.
i find it odd that one string is always below the other 3 by 50 to 100 watts?
i did clean the panels to make sure they were clean. sunpower never responds to my emails?

How are you reading the individual string wattage?
Is one string oriented a bit differently?
Keep in mind that there may be differences in collector output by as much as 5 % so you c
    An see variances there.
I wouldn't worry about it much
Now only getting 1/2 the power out of each is something to worry about

what i am trying to figure out is,
if one or 2 cells in a panel go bad in a string of 8- e20 -327watt panels how many watts will i lose
      on that string?
and how many cells(or watt loss) need to go bad on a panel before i can claim (bad panel ) warranty?
it started out with one string out of 4 was 35 watts below the other 3 strings now its 80 watts below the other 3?
ill know more when i get my monitor system installed next week i guess.
it would be nice if i could see other systems nere me in real time output.

        Danboy ---can you answr this

I am curious about your system. I am looking at very similar system: 10,464 Watts DC
        32 - Sunpower x21 327 watt panels
Sunpower - SPR 10001f inverter and monitoring.

Why did you go with 2 inverters vs just one. I am told that with the Sunpower monitoring I will be able to see the output of each individual panel. I am very much interested to see what was quoted. Can you send me an email offline.

The 327's are not an X panel
          The X panels are 335 and 345W
          The 327 is a E-20 panel

i have the e20 327 watt panels the x21 make 345 watts, i wanted the x21 panels but was told they could only put 30 panels
do to string size. but online i seen 8 panel strings for the x21.
i went with 2 inverters so i can read each string of 8 panels separate.
my power one pvi 5000 inverters with the sunpower label show each string of 8 panels but the sunpower monitoring only shows the combined watts of each inverter.
they make panel maximizers that work/look like the mini inverters but they are not inverters, only with them u can read each panel. they go inline between the panel and inverter.
my inverters are 96.5% i seen up to 98% on a select few of inverters.
the 10 kw inverter power one is 2- 5kw inverters side by side.
so with my 2 inverters its like having 4 separate solar systems.(my inverter has 2 separate inputs)
i was limited in space thats why i got the sunpower system i only had 640 sq feet of roof.
cost was 50k- rebates ,state is 12500.00 tax credit 15k my cost after rebates 23k and it adds over 25k to the value of my home. i only see what each inverter is making thru sunpowers monitoring and its delayed or about an hour behind real time.
yesterday i made 61 kwh of power.

Correction I have the same panel as you are using the e320. Is it correct that you can only string a max of 30 panels with my inverter. Would you know if 2 SMA 5000 inverters would work. Did you consider SMA the model that has the emergency power outlet if the grid goes down. I am placing my panels on a tile roof 57k 20k utility rebate plus 12k fed tax rebate. My out of pocket is 28k. Seems still expensive. I would welcome all feedback.
