What are the panel specs?
I assume since they are 130 panels they are 12 volt battery panels with a Vmp of roughly 18 volts. If that is the case then you must use a MPPT controller (PWM will not work with 3 panels) and wire all three panels in series. It is your only option.MSEE, PEComment

How to connect three 130w solar panel with 200ah
SIR, what I mean is that:
three panel each is 130Watt, two batteries each is 100AH,12V each and the solar charge controller is PWM 20A,12V; which arrangement will be better; parallel or series and why sir? OR no need of controller? Thanks.Comment

Do you plan to connect the two 100AH 12 volt batteries in series to supply 24 volts, in parallel to provide 12 volts, or separate wired to provide two totally independent 12 volt supplies?
Your choice here will determine what you can or cannot do with the CC and panels.
If you already have a 12V PWM CC, you can only wire the batteries in parallel to get a 12 volt system.
Each 130 Watt 12 volt nominal panel will produce up to 11 amps, and so you should not connect more than one of them (to be conservative) or two of them (assuming panels will never produce maximum current) in parallel to your 20A CC.
And you will gain nothing by putting panels in series even if the PWM CC could take the voltage.
As Dereck said, to use those particular three panels you must use an MPPT CC instead of a PWM CC or else get a 40A PWM CC. There are no other choices that will use all three panels.SunnyBoy 3000 US, 18 BP Solar 175B panels.Comment

With a PWM controller you only have 1 option, well 2:
1. For 12 volt battery config loose 1 panel because you only have a 20 amp controller and wire two panels in parallel.
2. For 24 volt battery loose one panel, and wire the remaining two in series.
You are basically screwed with a 20 amp PWM controller and a PRIME NUMBER of 3 panels. Best option is to loose the PWM controller and buy a good 30 amp MPPT controller so you can use all 3 panels. Take your pick of loose a panel, or replace the controller. Up to you.MSEE, PEComment
