New to solar panels and need help

Ive been looking around for solar panels to be installed and came across a website www.government-solar-scheme.co.uk/

1st of all has anyone heard about this company, or had dealings with this company? if so will you please tell me about your experience with them.
2nd I was not aware or any deadlines as shown on there website is this true or a con to get people like me to believe this and get the solar panels installed asap?
3rd, it claims to be a "Government Solar Scheme" is this just another name for the money you get back (feed in tariff) or is this something else that is new and I am not aware about?

Please help, any suggestions will be welcome, as I am new to this and not so knowledge up about solar panels as I have read about so many companies betraying the customers, is this company one of them?

High pressure looking lot! I am sure there are many "real" solar sales companies in the UK that don't resort to the slick stuff this bunch seems to.

In general, most companies that put the word "government" in their name, are usually trying to trick people into thinking they are associated with the government and are providing a service. I think most people in this forum are from North America, but this doesn't look like an honest company. I would stay away.
