Reverse your thinking.... decide what appliance you might like to run, find what daily Kwh you will need and THEN design your system (if you still think it's a worthwhile project). Very good you're still in the planning stage. Work it all out on paper before investing. Good luck!

Then you are going to need a lot more panel wattage, few hundred pounds of batteries to do that. You have made a major newb mistake. You failed to plan a system, so your planned system will fail.
