Adding Anker solix E10 to Enphase M250s?

I have a 7kW system with Enphase M250 microinverters installed back in 2019. It produces great power, but my utility company just shifted the peak rate window to 5 PM - 9 PM. So I’m selling cheap solar at noon and buying expensive grid power at dinner time.
I need a battery to time-shift that energy. I’m leaning towards the Anker SOLIX E10 as an AC-coupled retrofit because it looks like a clean install that won't require touching the existing micros. Does anyone have experience with this setup? Just want to make sure it integrates well.

You definitely need an AC-coupled battery. It just sits on the side and monitors the grid CTs. You shouldn't need to touch the existing panels or micros at all.

AC coupling on-grid is fairly straight forward. However, AC coupling off-grid (especially with Enphase) can be tricky and often require specific granular settings on the grid-forming inverter (the E10 in this case) and Enphase (via Envoy). The E10 appears to be new with little published documentation on how its AC coupling works in off-grid conditions with any grid-tied inverter much less Enphase. There also appears to be no sizing requirements published which is another red flag. I would not buy the E10 without knowing that it specifically supports granular AC coupling settings (e.g. frequency shift start/stop, speed, etc.) and a single E10 actually supports AC coupling with a 7kW Enphase system in off-grid conditions.
