Sunrun system setup

Just had a Sunrun system installed ar our cabin. Just under 4,000ft in the Sierras near Kirkwood Ski Resort. 19 400w panels and a Tesla series 3 battery.
the app tells me one thing, 20% battery reserve and the sunrun rep tells me another, 80% reserve..
Which is correct? Or is there an even better setting?
should I use Self Powered or Time Based?, rep says Self Powered
Right now it is a part time occupation. May have to increase panels when we go full time up there

Hi Bobup, I would be going with self powered, I think the rep is saying you will use 80% of the battery per day if required and 20% is in reserve for blackout situations, well that's my best guess, cheers
