MPP Solar inverter MPI 5kw PLUS problems and putting

Hello

Anyone using MPP Solar inverter and specific the MPI 5kw PLUS?
I've several problems with this inverter and a Battery Pack.
I think the FW is bad and MPP solar does not respond.
I have debuged that the batteries are not charged with the max voltage is there is no sun
from the grid and so after storms and battery pack empty they will load badly and suldate
the batteries.
i want to change my AGM batteries 4x275Ah Ultracell UCG275-12 for Litio
but I have to know if I can connect it to my inverter...
I read womthing about Pylontech batteries and a RS485 interface which you have to buy apart...

If the settings are correct, it may be a hardware failure. It is recommended to find a professional for repair. When replacing the AGM battery with a lithium battery, you need to confirm that the inverter and the lithium battery voltage, charge and discharge current match. When connecting, disconnect the power load first, connect the positive and negative poles correctly, and check carefully after connection. Test the operation from a small power load first.
