design consultant needed for grid-tie battery back-up

Looking for a design consultant to assist with design of a grid-tie battery back-up system. This obviously will be a fee paid job and looking to get someone asap. Please reply if interested or can recommend someone. Thanks

This is for a residential home.

I install grid-tie PV all the time and have done a half-dozne off-grid before but am not an expert in the off-grid/batteries/grid-tie battery back-up area. Looking for someone who does this daily to help with design, material selection and construction 3-line drawings.

the calculations are pretty easy, the tough part is obtaining accurate homeowner consumption data so the batteries/inverter can be sized properly. And when you add batteries, you need a generator. Then it's a judgement call, simply install a backup generator for $8K, or a battery system for $20K and a $5k generator. Unless the client has / reasonably expects more than a week per month of outage, batteries are a real pain, for the $20K, you can develop a nice fuel storage (500 gal propane tank), and not have to check/add water, clean terminals, have an outbuilding to house batteries.
Batteries are a large step up in costs and maintenance. But for the house at the end of the line, that has the low restore priority, battery backup can make sense,

What certs/qualifications do you require of your contractor?

MOD NOTE. That is the second time you have attached an advertisement link to your company. As I mentioned before we do not tolerate that type of actions and since you were warned once about not doing it you get a week off to think about it
