    First Problem with System...

When I checked my solar production at the Sunpower website late this afternoon, there had been no update since 2 pm. Thought there might be an internet problem but all was well there. Wasn't the Sunpower site because a friend's system was updating just fine. Inverter and meter showing normal production. Tried "rebooting" the Sunpower PV Supervisor module to no avail. Checked the Powerline ethernet connection and it was fine. Called my installer and the woman said their tech would get back to me tomorrow.

I think Sunpower has been having some monitoring issues with their site today. My system has not updated since 4:15 pm and it is online and working properly on my end. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Yup all seems well again this morning. Even data from yesterday is complete. Funny, my friend's system never was affected.

Yep, it is better this morning. I'm actually new to the monitoring (activated only a few days ago) and the updates seem to be slow. Yesterday it was about 30 minutes behind (meaning the "last data received" part) but updating every 5 minutes or so on that delay. Today it seems to be about 15 minutes behind, updating every 5 minutes. Is this how yours has been?

Since it's so new for me I still check if often throughout the day but I assume eventually the newness will wear off and I'd check it once in the evening to make sure all was working well that day so the update intervals won't matter too much then but then do now!

Yeah, it's always a bit behind. Presumably, the PV Supervisor module only sends data periodically (is that what you're saying is every 5 minutes?) I'm six weeks in and still check several times a day. Also do it via mobile but that's a pain because I usually have to re-enter my user name and password.
