SunStrong not matching data from power company

We had our SunPower system installed in November 2022. Earlier this year, I noticed that the SunStrong app was reporting significantly less solar generated than it had over the past three years.

I looked up our electricity bill from our power company for the same time period -

Pepco (our power company): Shows 138 kWh exported.
SunStrong: Shows 124.8 kWh of electricity imported.
    (screenshots attached)

What could explain this discrepancy? According to the app, the panels. are producing around 40% less power than they did at the same time last year. The maximum generated output the app shows is around 4.8 kWh, whereas it used to regularly top 10 kWh.

We had a tech come out and replace some breakers, do a reset and make sure the firmware was updated, but nothing changed. FWIW, I tried the SunFlower app it's giving the same numbers.

We're in Washington, DC and get the great SREC rate, so we're losing quite a bit of money and our solar installer seems to be out of ideas.

Seems like your peak power is either 4.8kW or over 10 kW. I would find out which
it is. In good sun around solar noon, put a clamp on ammeter on the feed from
your solar inverters, and also note the line voltage. Inverters run pretty close to
a PF of 1, so just multiply the volts times amps and see where you are.

Then repair system if low, or go after the monitoring software if high. Bruce Roe
