PowMr 6500W 240v AC, Pure Sine Wave Hybrid,uerope only?2 wire in and out,L1 and N

I bought one cheap brand new but it has only one hot for 240v 60hz?Can I use in the USA for 240v hot tub(120 gallon small)?I also have a 160lbs 110v to 220v transformer,I also have 2 120v 4000 watt inverters can I use the transformer for 240v splitphase?Cant find much on this any help would be gratly apreciated.
