I would like some advice as to what is the best distance to have the solar panel array to the inverter? I have 12 solar PV 250W/8.20A in a rack 45 Meters from the Inverter, does this make an important difference as to the current the Inverter receives? I would appreciate any input in this matter.

Your inverter is grid connected, net metering? That might be the same as
some of my strings, 12 panels of 60 cells in series, about 360VDC in summer,
420VDC in winter. Your wire loop is near 300 feet, extending the usual 10 ga
copper at 1 ohm per thousand feet gives 0.3 ohm, voltage loss at 8.2 A is
2.46V, only 0.6%. A good number, correct this as your situation requires.
