Solar output measurer / recorder?

Is there such a device that can be connected inline in a solar system--let's say between the solar panels and power bank using the standard MC4 connectors--that records the hourly (or even more granular) output of a solar array and makes it available via bluetooth/wifi/usb? Or something that accomplishes that idea?
