    Replacement Diodes for Panasonic VBHN325SA16

I'm trying to determine what diode I need as a replacement for the Panosonic VBHN325SA16 module. I believe each panel has 3 or 4 diodes and I'm struggling to get find the type of diode I need. Any ideas, or possibly where I can go to find a part number?

    Thanks in advance!

In the junction box is where you usually see the diodes, that can
be replaced. If the diodes are surface mounted in the glass
structure and should short, you are SOL. With around 80V open
circuit, likely the most reverse voltage a diode must withstand in
normal operation is under 30V. So a silicon diode capable of the
full panel current and that reverse voltage (PIV) should be OK. A
schottkyy diode may have somewhat limited PIV but be more
    efficient in bypass mode.

There are such diodes on places like Evil Bay, I would not hesitate
to wire 2 in parallel if you are near the current rating, less likely to
    overheat. good luck, Bruce Roe
