I don't think so. it is plywood - 8" insulation - plywood - rafter. it is much the same as the image. my colleague suggest Unirac Flashloc RM or OMG Powergrip but i'm not sure if it is compatible with shingle roofing.

You can use RT-Mini's and attach to the plywood if it's 7/16" or greater

thank you. I was thinking of this (RT mini) but i'm concern with the rigid foam to be compress. OMG powergrip is design the go thru insulation but it is only for flat roof

We've not had any problems getting them permitted with a structural letter from a PE. Also RT-Mini installation instructions show both lag into rafter and 4 bolt substrate mount.
