Hello,
I am a service technician for a company out of Cape Cod, MA and we have recently been getting many new customers with equipment we don't install. Many businesses seem to be closing their doors and leaving others to pick up the pieces.
Anyway, I have a customer whose system hasn't reported in a few months. After further investigation it seems as though a company called SolarMagic was used to report solar production for monetary benefit (REC, SREC). I read online that SolarMagic was bought by Power-one, but I cannot find any official information on this.
Have any of you come across a SolarMagic reporting issue, and if so, what did you do to solve it?
