  • enphase Envoy software and enlighten with M215s

You may need to update your Envoy to software version M2.2.1 if you have M215s.

Just got off the phone with enphase over a reporting issue ... they said that's the fix.

were you using a mix of 190's and 215's on the same Envoy? or was this a new install with new envoy using only 215's?

      Gnu install with just M215s.

The 215s had low strength. The software update increased compatibility with the 215s some how so I went from 2 to 5 bars.

How do you like EnPhase m215 ? I'll probably go with Enphase m215 route. What panels you use? Over here, they recommend either Sharp 235 or SunTech.

Thank for the info, I'll definitely tell my installer to do the software update.

I'm using Solarworld 245 Mono's because I got a very good price and they were made in California ... which I liked. I have yet to flat line them. The peak I have gotten out of the inverters has been about 219 Watts so far. My system has only been up and running about a week.

What's best for me may not be best for you ... I like the monitoring and that one panel will not affect the others. You can see if you look at my enphase site http://enlighten.enphaseenergy.com/p...tems/bGvR20467 that the panels don't produce the same power ... be cause the ones on the right side are tilted a small bit different than the left due to the cowstruction of my roof...if I had a central inverter it would bring everything down and I'd loose a few watts.

How did you get your system on this public part of enlighten's software? I want to see my individual panel production rates. My system is 3 days old and I am producing over 55 mwh a day.

Your installer needs to request you have access to individual panel monitoring.
