    Improving Sunpower PV6 Monitoring

I have solar PV system with a Sunpower PV6 monitor, connected through my WiFi. So far I am happy with my solar energy generation, but the monitoring could be much improved. An example graph showing my max AC power and cumulative energy for today is below. Note that there is a long gap between 10AM and 3PM, without any data points. The cumulative energy in the graph appears to extrapolated as a straight line during this missing 5 hour peak energy period. The actual distribution is not a line, so the any information about cumulative energy for the day is severely errored. Over the next 24 hours, I expect the missing points to be gradually filled in, with dozens of samples (samples each ~5 minutes) during this missing period. I expect that as the missing samples are filled in, the cumulative energy for the day will update to what I believe is accurate.

The graph above is from the Sunpower partner site. The default customer monitoring site at https://monitor.us.sunpower.com is even less accurate because it does not consistently extrapolate the missing data points as a line. It also doesn't seem to automatically update if I refresh the browser or log out/in. The graphs do refresh, if I clear my coookies. This leads to different browsers listing different totals, and daily different total on web vs app. The default customer site also seems to revert back to stale and inaccurate data sometimes, well after 24 hours, which can be resolved by clearing cookies.

I'm hoping to find some ways to improve this monitoring. Ideally I'd like to see accurate monitoring data without missing samples, in less than 1 hour after the occurrence. Does anyone have ideas about how this monitoring could get closer to my goals? I'm open to downloading and using the raw data if it there is a way to access it through my WiFi. Does anyone know why these long periods with missing samples occur?
