I want to connect 2 grid tie with battery back up 5000 watts each 120v sub-panel . One on L1 other on L2 and a solaredge 7600 H 240v will it work. Will there be problems if the grid goes down. Right now just have 1 grid tie w/battery and solaredge 7600 h hooked up and was fine when I lost power want to add 1 more 5000 watt.

-two identical inverters that can be seried and synchronized to provide 240 volts (most inverters won't do that.)
-two identical inverters that will do bidirectional energy management over the output AC line
-a cutout relay or inverter disable so that you don't overcharge the batteries or overvoltage the AC link
-a way for the battery backed inverter to control that relay

You would have a good chance of burning out your neutral wires . Standard L1 & L2 panels rely on a phase inversion between L1 & L2. 2 random inverters will not be properly phased and your neutral wires will carry excess current. The "wire" won't burn, but the plastic insulation can melt and then conductors short, and the fun really begins when the Grid returns and Hover Dam finds that short in your house

I have 2 Beacon Power M5 plus inverters they can do it just wondering if the solaredge 7600 H will come online if the power goes out that would be the problem. The M5 sends out 20v to a grid down line for sensing.So best bet would be to put it with the other inverter both on L1.

The M5 Plus is a combination hybrid inverter and solar charge controller. It is an all in one system. It requires batteries. Unfortunately as far as I can tell they cannot be synced to provide 240 volts, and so will not work with the Solaredge.
The Solaredge will not work on 120 volts.

Even if you had a pair of stacked, synced inverters, they work differently than solar GT inverters. Battery inverters want to maintain VOLTAGE and the GT inverter wants to dump all possible AMPS into the Grid. If your grid is a small battery inverter, it's possible it will backfeed the batteries till they are full, then something is going to become unhappy. The small inverters could fault and the GT inverter shut down. The batteries could boil and fail. The "grid voltage" will rise and the the GT inverter shut down...
