JPM... has a great memory.... besides being A1 in helping us solar-nuts... indeed the house is at the end of long island, in montauk...supposely its the most eastern part of the u.s. and the sun rise 1st in montauk...
as to best production... the system was put in in oct of 15, so for june and july for the last '2' yrs
june 16 - 64.944 , june 17 - 61.384
july 16 - 61.821 , july 17 - 60.349
the best producing day ever in april was this year on 4/20 - 64.167.... i think it has something to do with the int'l marijuana day.... all that 2nd hand smoke either helped radiate the sun.... or my panels were stoned...

Wow 64 kWh seems real good for a 9.38 system in April must of been a cool windy day and no clouds or overcast ( The Perfect Storm lol ) what state are you in ? and what is the most kWh you have produced in a day in June or July.Last edited by Kingram; 04-12-2018, 12:37 PM.Leave a comment:

as others have said tooooo many variables to compare one year with another.... we have 28 SP 335's, which have been in for over 3 years - one day last week we produced the most power ever for an april day 64+ .. now after 3years the panels are degrading, but yet we produced more power- still luv checking out the power production, even after 3yrsLeave a comment:

I think my best day so far was 71+kwh in 32092. That was about 2 weeks ago. I had a few 70+ days this month.Leave a comment:

Crash how many kWh has those 32 panels produced on their best day and what is your zipcode ?Leave a comment:

Oh sorry I misspoke not noticing I matched the acronym STC. I meant stc being under a more controlled environment than the other.Leave a comment:

STC is Standard Test Conditions not Strict testing conditions. PTC is just another set of conditions. Real world will constantly vary as will real world output.Leave a comment:

Most of what I have learned is from reading on the different sites I've found. I think it says the 360 panels produce about 334w ptc which it said was a real world estimate. The 360 rating is stc which is in strict testing conditions controlling the light ( again from what I read). I grabbed these stats from the solar design tool site for my specific panel.Leave a comment:

Is this the link you are talking about :
Can you post a picture of the graphic showing the panels mapped out ?Leave a comment:

I don't think that sunpower wants us to see that info. The homeowner page is pretty generic with overall production. I just followed that link and played around with the info and the date slider along the bottom.Leave a comment:
