Combox takes a micro SD, not the mini.

Be sure it's formatted and has no other files on it.

Only use 32 gb or smaller cards

Try commanding a shutdown, and while it's powered down, remove the ethernet AND xanbus cables (don't mix them up) and install the new card into a cold combox, then install the XANBUS cable and wait for the 3 minute boot, and then connect the ethernet

Are you using the termination plug properly on the xanbus ?

When you log into your COMBOX do you see COMBOX COFIGURATION and then click on Logging. does a line appear NO SD CARD DETECTED?
try rebooting the COMBOX with the SD card INSERTED.
If you still have problems I have had 100% success with all my settings calling Schneider help line and speaking with the techs there.

I am trying to find the link, but some of the ComBoxs got shipped out with a virus on the USB drive. When I got mine it was this case, luckily my Antivirus caught it quick.
