Hi,
As the title states, how can I remove an Enphase Envoy (oval type) from my Enlighten Manager? I'm still in the activation process and initially added a used Envoy showing 32 microinverters. I ended up getting a brand new Envoy and added that thinking I can just delete one of them from the system. Now it shows I have two Envoys on my system. Do I have to call Enphase support for this? Other options? Can they also clear the used Envoy back to factory? There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of info out there on these.
I have 10 Hyundai 280W mono panels and M215 microinverters. My system is nearly ready to go other than getting the Envoy issue resolved so I can finish the activation. Any help on the Envoy would be much appreciated.
