I have 12 83 Watt 12V Kyocera panels, are there12V micro inverters out there, or could I use emphase microinverters and just put 2 panels series per each emphase inverter (6 total)

You can put panels in series to meet the inverter's input voltage requirements. However, two 12 V panels may overshoot the voltage range for enphase. You might want to look at ABB micros with a wider range.CS6P-260P/SE3000 - http://tiny.cc/ed5ozx -
Well JKFF you are trying to make a 555 Timer with RC networks and FF. It will work but not the right tool for the job. You are trying to use a battery panel to do a GT panel job.
