SunPower E- vs X-series

Is there much difference between the SunPower E-Series and X-Series? And is it worth it to pay the additional cost for SunPower over, say Mitsubishi MLE panels?

The general consensus on the Forum is that, unless you have a limited space and need to maximize your output from that limited space, the advantages of SunPower panels does not justify the higher cost. They are excellent quality panels, but at a high price premium.

X shading performance is better than E.

Are the Mitsubishi MLE well thought of? Isn't there some concern over the more limited warranty, as compared to SunPower's bumper-to-bumper 25-year deal? The cost difference is almost $2500, with slightly less initial output from the MLEs.

The SunPower X-series in all black have a slight aesthetic advantage as well. They don't have any wires running on the front of the panels so they look a little better than the others.
