Comparing solar panels... SolarWorld, SunEdison, LG

Does anyone have any reason to like any of the following panels any more than any other?
    1. SolarWorld Sunmodule Plus SQ 280 mono black
I see a lot of local vendors carry SolarWorld panels...? Did I read that SolarWorld stock is quite low/volitile?
    2. SunEdison Silvantis F-Series 330W
I'm told these are simply a larger panel and that SunEdison is really big in the commercial installs area. Does this give them any better chance of staying in biz to fulfill their warranty?
    3. LG panel (not sure which specific model)
This forum always seems to like LG panels. Why?

Should I expect any significant warranty difference from manufacturer to manufacturer?

Other than sumpower most warranties are almost identical.
Sunpower is 25 years bumper to bumper.
Most are 10-12 year workmanship and 25 production with a loss of output of .7% per year.

LG panels are higher efficiency, so you get more power out of less area. You pay a price premium for it though. If you have limited roof space, LG and SunPower are typically your best choice. If you have more space than you need, than I would go with the SolarWorld personally.
