Solar installer wants to remove my concrete tile roof

    My biggest concern would be the heat build up. If it is recessed, there is no air circulation under than panels. The higher temperatures are going to significantly reduce your efficiency, and most likely lead to higher failure rates.

      +1. Temp. will likely be higher, lowering efficiency. Panel life and long term efficiency may and probably will be affected.
